Each category has a 1-10 judging scale. Highest point per judge is 70 points. Total overall highest point is 350. There is a bonus point category which is on a scale of 1-10. This bonus category is called “ Sell it to the judges” where your model is to serve, slay and sell their face to showcase the beauty of your makeup application. 

 

Rules & Regulations

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ CAREFULLY

 

1. All contestants must be at least 18 years of age to register. 

2. The non-refundable registration fee for the competition is $100 for early bird fees and $120 after the deadline, Dec 31st2021. All registration fees for the competition must be paid through invoice sent by CNR Management. No personal checks, No paypal, money orders or cash are accepted. 

3. Any makeup artist who is not on time for MUA check-in will be deducted 5 points which is 1 point per judge. 

4. In case of a tie in any matter details for each category are below.

With any tie for any category there will be a model provided, and those who tie will all share the same model and one side of the model's face. 

• Natural Beat:  15 minutes to apply 1 lash, and create  the perfect cat eye and lip color.

• Creative Beat:  You have 15 minutes to do a creative lip design on yourself.

• Drag Beat:  15 minutes to incorporate 4 colors blending in the eye area on one side of a single model face. 

• Boy Beat :  15 minutes to create the perfect MAN Brow on a male model that’s provided. 

1. All divisions are set for 45 minute to do a full face.
